Use of the site

Account responsibility

If you register an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify 13L Game promptly of any suspected unauthorised use. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of misuse or fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

The Site and its entire contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio clips, software code, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by or licensed to 13L Game. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Commercial exploitation of any Site material is strictly prohibited, and unauthorised use may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

User-submitted content

By submitting feedback, comments, or any other content to the Site, you grant 13L Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content across any media. Limitation of liability

Financial transactions

Where the Site facilitates payments or withdrawals through third-party payment processors, including but not limited to PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM UPI, 13L Game is not responsible for transaction failures, delays, or errors caused by those processors, your bank, or network interruptions. Any dispute regarding a payment must be raised directly with the relevant payment provider in the first instance. 13L Game's aggregate liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you in connection with that specific transaction.

Service availability

13L Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without notice. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with your reliance on the Site's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
